Are Damaged Cards Tournament Legal? [Solved]
Yeah, proxies are not allowed in any sanctioned Magic tournaments. The only exception is for cards that have been damaged during the course of the event (not due to negligence on the player’s behalf), and only the Head Judge can issue that proxy for that event.23 Jan 2012
